PAID OVER $650.00, OVER A YEAR AGO AND NOT ONE CALL OR LETTER.

ABOUT A YEAR AGO MY WIFE ADVISED ME WE COULD CONSOLIDATE STUDENT LOANS AND HAVE A LOWER PAYMENT. i SUBMITTED ALL FORMS VIA FAX. i STILL HAVE THE VERIFICATION THAT THEY RECEIVED MY FORMS. HOWEVER AS TIME PASSED i NEVER GOT A CALL OR LETTER FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS. PHONE CALLS ARE FORWARDED TO A CELL PHONE. AFTER A WHILE I GAVE UP AND HAD TO CHAULK IT UP TO MY OWN STUPIDITY. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THEM OUT BEFORE PAYING THEM ANYTHING. THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS WHO NEVER HAD ANY INTENTION OF HELPING ANYONE. DONT BE FOOLED BY ALL THE SWEET TALK!!!!

It happened to me as well. I talked to an attorney and he said that it maybe a scam.

I called the get what I had already paid back and to no longer use their services and the girl, Tori sent me a brochure about Obama passing a law to forgive student loans.

Then a few months later I called and this place is shut down. They took my money and disappeared

Review about Student Loan Refunds from Danville, Virginia

I was solicited by this company to assist with my student loans. I was mislead by this company as well. I would like to be refunded by money as well. I was told that I would receive a case worker. I have been trying to get in touch with someone at the toll-free number, the recording comes on and a live person never comes on the phone to assist. Im throughly disappointed in this company.

Paid $800 for help with reducing a student loan debt because I retired.

I called the number that I heard on the radio. I called and spoke with someone named Roy. I listed to what he had to say and told him I would call back. I called back in about a week and he explained everything to me and I truly believed that they were going to assist me, so I paid the money because I had it at the time. I was sent an agreement with I signed and returned. I have spoken to a Brandon when I have called, but nothing has been done with the company that now has my loan. I really want my money back and something be done with this company so no lone else will be taken like I was. I called the same number that I called initially and spoke with a lady this time that didn't have any record of me contacting them. This was Student Loan Aid and that wanted a $1000 for assistance which I'm going to pay. I would like some kind of satisfaction, preferable my money back or at least some of it.

They stole $300 and refuse to return my calls or my money

On November 16, 2013, I responded to a commercial that claimed they could lower my student loan payments. Senior Case Analyst Lenny Bier stated that he could not assist me with lowering my Sallie Mae student loan payments, only with the Federal Loan payments. I am already paying much less for those loan payments than he was able to offer. He sent a contract for me to sign and return. I did NOT sign the contract but was charged $300 anyway! Lennie informed me that I need to call customer service for the refund. However, "Customer Service" is nothing more than an automated voicemail message. No one ever answers the phone or returns my calls, so on Dec. 4, 2013, I reported this to the Better Business Bureau. Matthew Bier responded and gave me his direct voicemail number 773-250-****. Again, he never returned my daily voicemails but claimed to the BBB that he would be happy to refund...AFTER he speaks to me directly FIRST! Why? He refuses to answer the phone or return my calls and knows exactly what I want - a refund! This scam is illegal!

Arthur responded on the BBB correspondence with his phone number 773-250-****. Matthew Bier called and left me a message with his direct voicemail number 773-250-****.

Again, neither have ever returned my daily voicemails after claiming to the BBB that they would be happy to refund my money...but only AFTER they speak to me directly FIRST! :(

SCAM

I tried to get help with consolidation of my school loan and they charged me $1000. But I didn't find ANY info of them being real or any good reveiws on them so I got a little suspicious eventhough i had already paid $229. The first amount of money they were supposes to automatically take out was just $100 & $100 after that but yhey started taking out more. Well, I'm going through some hard financial times right now and I've called them to cancel and requested a refund and they lady was RUDE! They say its canceled which I don't beleive and they don't want to refund me my money. So I've called my bank and requested a STOP PAYMENT so the cannot take any more money out but I'm scared they will still attempt to take out money so I am going to close that account.

This is but another company attempting to make money by scamming people who owe taxes and are deathly afraid of the IRS. To make a long story short: you made a big mistake when you let them take money out of your bank account automatically.

Never give any business your bank account numbers, etc. Always use a credit---not a debit--card online. You will, no doubt lose the $229. Now, if you are having IRS problems, call them and speak to them.

You can usually work out something, like a payment plan, etc. But, don't ignore them and don't hire another company to "represent" you.
